where scent leads flavour and each piece reflects
the rhythm of the changing seasons.
An edible calendar shaped by season and scent.
Inspired by fine dining and guided by seasonality,
each tart translates aroma and flavour into a refined expression of time, place, and intention.
Traditional Canelé, the authentic way.
Crafted in French copper moulds, carefully lined with natural beeswax — just as it has been done in Bordeaux for centuries.
A deeply caramelised crust, a custardy, tender centre.
